The combination of colours and textures in the rusty gate post really interested me.

Layers

Layered strata of the cliff at Fraisthorpe. They are not high but the textures and colours are beautiful close up.

Grid

I saw this blocked grid and wanted to photograph it. I like the idea of the order of the cast grid contrasting with the natural grass and pieces of wood.
